This is a Western restaurant in a log house. There is a large parking lot on the west side of the store with 5 parking spaces across the rice field. It fills up quickly, so write your name at the entrance and wait. There are seats on the first and second floors. 2nd floor seating: 1 table for 8 people, 2 people There were 2 seats at the table and 2 people at the counter. I had hamburger steak and fried shrimp. The hamburger was so tender that I thought it would melt right away from the moment I put it in my mouth, and the sauce was so delicious. The fried shrimp is also plump and large and quite delicious. You can choose from large, medium or small rice. This time I tried the pork cutlet. It is very tasty. I liked the hamburger steak.

I chose the 100% beef American hamburger steak, and it was well-cooked without being tough. The sauce was a little salty, but the taste matched well with the hamburger and was delicious. There was a large table open, so I took up half of it and was seated safely. When I looked at the menu, there were various sets, but I didn't hesitate to order the hamburger set. After about 10 minutes of waiting, the hamburger steak with plenty of demi-glace sauce like the one in the photo arrived. Since it was a hamburger steak, I thought it would be eaten with a fork and knife, but they provided chopsticks, so I wondered why. That's what I thought, but when I tried cutting a hamburger steak with chopsticks, I understood why. I was a little concerned that someone's review said that the hamburger was soft, but this softness is different from the softness of a regular hamburger, and it's the same as a tofu hamburger, which is also quite soft. It's about as soft as it gets. That's why I wrote this as a squishy hamburger, but this is the first time I've had such a soft hamburger. I feel that the reason why most of our customers are elderly is because of this soft hamburger steak. I think opinions will vary widely depending on the person, but I like hamburgers with a firm meaty texture, so this wasn't to my liking. However, the restaurant was so popular that it was full and there were people waiting. It was a feast.

This time I had a Wadakin lunch with the restaurant's name on it. The highlight is the fried shrimp! It was well worth eating due to its plump texture and excellent friedness. Also, the fried chicken was carefully fried to a crispy texture, so much so that it even felt crispy. Next, I would like to try the restaurant's signature menu, a luxurious lunch of 2,550 yen that comes with two hamburgers and fried shrimp! I thought.

Wadakin-san is a famous restaurant in Gose City, Nara Prefecture. My daughter and I visited for the first time. The store opens at 11 a.m. We arrived at exactly 11 a.m., but there were already people waiting in the parking lot in front of the store. It seems like there was a board to write your name on even before the store opened, and by 11 o'clock the first turn was already full. After waiting for a while, I was guided to the second floor. Ordered a hamburger steak lunch and a hamburger & fried shrimp lunch. The hamburger steak was as advertised, fluffy and very drinkable. The sauce was also excellent! The fried shrimp is also crispy and the batter isn't too thick, so it's easy to eat and delicious! The fruits were delicious too. It was a great satisfaction.

I stopped by because there was a store nearby due to work and it was relatively popular. The stylish storefront of the log house looks great! Although it was before noon on a weekday, there was a wait for one group, but we were shown around in about 10 minutes. Order the popular "Wadakin Lunch, Rice Medium Size" and your lunch will be ready in about 10 to 15 minutes! It was delicious with a lineup of bone-in chicken, fried shrimp, fried chicken (chicken thigh) salad, and watermelon. It was nice that it included a drink. Parking is available in front of the store and along the road a little further away.
